I bought my first decent camera SLR in New York in 2008. My Canon 350D started my love affair with photography.
I have always enjoyed taking photos. Like many my early photographs spanned all genres (portraits, landscapes, macro etc). As I became more immersed in the photographic world I discovered street photography.
Street Photography has completely changed the way I view the world through the lens. Living in London there is a wealth of opportunity to do street photography. As you can see from the photos I have submitted you never know what’s around the corner.
The two pictures I have submitted are entitled “instrument of choice” and “patience is a virtue”. My influences tend to be the modern mavericks such as Eric Kim, Thomas Leuthard, Rinzi Ruiz.
The online community sites such as Flickr and 500px have helped me to get constructive feedback about my work. Every moment behind the lens should be the decisive moment. Thats the plan..
